Making Reservations: Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail. A deposit of 50% of the amount due is required to hold your space. We do not take credit cards. We will allow a reasonable time for your check to reach us by mail. We may allow persons organizing groups to tentatively hold spaces for up to two weeks without a deposit in order to grant time to organize. If you have a room preference, let us know, but we do reserve the right to make changes if necessary. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

Cancellation Policy: We depend on a busy winter schedule in order to exist. To keep our rates affordable, we cannot refund deposits for reasons of poor weather or personal circumstance unless we can refill your space. Rescheduling is generally possible for midweek guests only. Refunds or rescheduling are subject to a $5/person service fee.
